Unincorporated Nonprofit Associations
A new way of being and organizing…
What if there were a way to offer your gifts and life-force to the world...
in a way that honors life, protects freedom, and aligns with natural law?
In a world increasingly governed by codes, statutes, and artificial entities, many women and men are sensing the call to return to something more real — a way to live, give, and steward that is rooted in greater truth, honor, privacy, simplicity, and grace.
One such path is through a little-known (yet timeless) structure called an Unincorporated Nonprofit Association — or “UNA”.
What is a UNA?
A UNA is a private, lawful, and life-affirming form of association that exists outside the incorporated system — meaning it is not subject to the same rules, regulations, and liabilities as corporations, LLCs, sole proprietorships, and so many more.
A UNA is:
Unincorporated – created in the private, not by (in) the public;
Nonprofit – created for purpose, not profit (although can make profit);
An Association – formed by two or more living beings in mutual agreement.
Unlike the typical business or (incorporated) nonprofit entity which must register, comply, apply, file, pay, and submit to external authority, a UNA is formed by declaration and operates under contract, conscience, common sense, and common law.
A UNA is also recognized in law and by all public agencies, yet exists separate in serving something higher — a shared vision, a sacred purpose, a new human story… for you and what it means to be a living, moral being with free will in this realm.
Why might someone create a UNA?
UNAs are particularly suited for those who:
Wish to live simply, privately, and honorably…
Seek to operate in alignment with natural law, spiritual law, and equity;
Feel called to offer services / experiences / things in the private, e.g., healing, education, mentorship, stewardship, creativity, the upliftment of mankind, et al;
Want liability protection without submitting to corporate / legal fictions;
Want to protect assets for present / future generations;
Are ready to realign their gifts, businesses, offerings, livelihoods to better reflect the truth of who they are and to what they serve / are subject to;
Are drawn to midwife a new paradigm based on simplicity, sacredness, synergy, and the recognition of two or more coming together in shared intention;
Whatever your titles, offerings, assets, current contracts — a UNA can provide a simple, private structure through which your spiritual (and commercial) energy can flow… outside statutory entanglements and not subject to any jurisdiction (absent causing harm) outside the UNA’s own Articles and Bylaws...
