A New Human Story is a name created by i through which to present my services, offerings, creations, thoughts, and more;

All experiences or other associated with this website and or with through or within the entity occur within the private domain; not under any jurisdiction or in contract with any corporation, municipality, or government, foreign or otherwise;

Your choosing to interact with this website and or i confirms your affirmation to this agreement;

You choose to enter into this agreement of your own free will; you choose to establish this interaction between you and i;

You attest that your actions are by you, in your right and private capacity, as a woman or man, and not as any statutory legal fiction or title, agent or representative for any governmental, non-governmental agency, organization or company — whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; you understand that this will be considered trespass by way of barratry and or harm and or fraud and or dishonor and that you will be held liable under Common Law to pay compensation (in gold or silver coin or equivalent) in the amount of $1,000,000 plus $1 per minute the trespass continues;

You understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by natural, common and or equity law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;

All who donate and or compensate for time, service, and or property (things) through this website or any outlet of A New Human Story, do so in the private, directly to and with i;

Any property (compensation) that i, as mankind did or do create or receive, i hereby claim as the private property of i as a being endowed by my Creator with unalienable Rights;

Any information you provide to this site or through any portal for A New Human Story you do so in the private; i, consider the information you provide to this site as your property; i, will respect your property and keep it private;

You allow information — in the form of co-called cookies — to be placed on the hard drive of your computer, which you can remove or decline at any time;

i, have the right to change this agreement; your continued use of the site and the services will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these laws;
