“A New Human Story” is a private unincorporated association created to present life affirming thoughts, services, offerings, creations, information, contemplation, creativity, and more;

All experiences and exchanges associated with A New Human Story occur within the private domain only and not under any jurisdiction or contract with any corporation, legal fiction, commercial entity, municipality, or government, foreign, domestic, or otherwise;

Your choosing to interact with A New Human Story, i, and any of its members confirms your consent and affirmation to this agreement, of your own free will, as a living, sentient being in this realm and thus, by extension, between you and i;

You attest that your actions are by you, in your right and private capacity, as a living woman or man, and not as any statutory legal fiction or title, agent, representative, or otherwise, for any governmental / non-governmental agency, organization, association, company, corporation, or otherwise, whose purpose is to enforce legal codes, acts, or statutes where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; You understand that this will be considered trespass by way of barratry and or harm and or fraud and that you will be held liable under Common Law and Equity to pay compensation (in gold or silver coin or equivalent) in the amount up to $1,000,000, plus $1 per minute any trespass continues;

You understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by natural law, law and equity, between those of mankind only;

All who donate to and or compensate i or A New Human Story do so in the private;

Any information you provide to this site or through any portal provided, you do so in the private where any information you provide to A New Human Story and or i is regarded as your property and will be respected and keep it private to the best of our abilities;

We have the right to change this agreement; Your continued use of the website and the services and or offerings signify your acceptance of any adjustment herein;
