All card products and metal Trees of Life are shipped via USPS.
All wall-art pieces are created custom-to-order here in the SF Bay Area and shipped via UPS or FedEx.
For the latter, please allow 4–6 weeks for production / shipping / delivery.

DAMAGES / RETURNS

Our goal is the creation of the Win-Win-Win-Win-Win and we’re committed to doing everything we can to make this so. As a result, if anything arrives damaged for any reason, please let us know asap and we’ll start the process of getting you a replacement(s). For returns, all cards and trees come with a 100% money-back guarantee via a 30-day return policy. As the wall-art is created custom, these pieces come with a 30-day in-store-credit policy on returns with a 15% re-stocking fee.
